My Courses

ATTENTION LEARNERS: The campus is rolling out a Brightspace learning environment. Current courses will continue in Moodle, while an increasing number of new courses are opening in Brightspace. The course links below take you to the correct learning environment for each course.

Continue to use your Student ID number and myPortal password to log in to Moodle.

To log in to Brightspace, please ensure that your Microsoft 365 account is activated and that you are using your campus learning email address to log in.

Course information will be displayed only when you are registered in a course.

  • To register in a course, please see the STUDENT RECORD section below.
  • To see the status of your courses, please click on the “Course Status” link in the STUDENT RECORD section under Manage Your Courses, below.

Student Record

When you enter personal information into a campus web form as part of a secure web transaction, your information is encrypted using standard http secure (https://) Internet protocol. However, remember to log out before leaving your computer. Anyone with access to your computer will have access to your account as long as the connection is still active and the institution cannot be held responsible.

Message Centre

The Message Centre delivers important messages and events to all students. For specific course-related messages, refer to the My Courses channel.

We strongly encourage you to visit the Undergraduate Student Orientation. This is a valuable online resource to help you guide your way through campus services and processes.

Please note: that courses with a start date of May 1, 2025, or later, the Course Materials Fee will be $88. You can find more information about course fees on the Fees, refunds, and financial assistance page.

  • Funding approval is due at least 1 month before the start date with no holds or reviews.
  • It is recommended that you apply 3 months prior to the start date, as funding approvals take time.
Please apply for student financial assistance and submit the Student Financial Aid – Course Registration Plan
  • Please don’t wait for the closing date.
  • Submissions close October 31, 2026 for the start date of January 1, 2027

The official 2025 Tuition and Enrolment Certificate (T2202) forms are now available to all eligible students. The forms will not be mailed out, and instead can be accessed in a printable format online through myPortal. 2026 March 2

The Service Centre team is available to answer your calls Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Mountain) and Tuesday/Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Mountain). You have 24/7/365 access to online support through Ask Support.

One-on-one writing support: The Write Site supports students to develop confidence and skill in academic writing. Request feedback on assignments or meet with a writing specialist. Questions? Email writesite@campus.example.
